Wouldn't surprise me if the entire building was constructed of precast units (walls too) -- if so, it will go up super fast. Another quality venture with good design aesthetics for Edmonton.

We do work for Eagle and there’s a 12 storey coming down the pipe in Port Moody next year, so maybe they have future plans for midrises in Edmonton too

I wonder how many units (rentals and condos) will be in Century Park once this latest project is completed? I'd guess close to 1,500 by that point.

Don’t remember the exact number, but it’s about 300. Floors 2-8 have 38 units each, but the main floor has a little bit less.
