Close to the finish line, and maybe occupancy this summer. Their website says August 2019, I'd guess Fall. I plan to stop in the sales/rental centre soon, but it opens at 12 PM, which doesn't usually work with my schedule. I'm really curious to see how things are going for them with their creative option to own concept, OpTown, or if this is available for this tower.

You would have thought that Procura had to screen the co-generation unit ? Renders always showed a screened top. Not good.
Maybe they could "screen" it in with a mass of cellular communication crap like Erminskin Place down the block !

Tenant move in as soon as this Thursday as tower is just buttoning up. Lots of landscape and cleanup to do yet. Vicky from the show suite had mentioned that the "Optown" format has been dropped and its now traditional rental. I had thought the "rent to own" was an innovative idea and I hope they decide to promote that option again. Overall I think this tower will be very successful and look forward to the next.
