Was biking past this this evening and saw this sample wall section being built next to the bike path in the northwest corner of the site. it shows the corrugated steel, brick, and siding, presumably in the colours to be used on the building. thought it was neat to see this kind of material testing, and it was super helpful in understanding the building science behind these cladding systems!

Already, even in its skeletal form, this building has an amazing presence. The vista driving eastbound down 111th looks so much more urban now with it poking up above everything else.

So am actully a resident in the old building i cant wait to live in the new one. From what I can see they have made progress on the outside walls with the top two floors being done this week.
