Not particularly good planning arguments for their appeal, even if consideration and reasonability should be present.

Very poor concerns. How would this be much different from the townhouse in regards to the hill? As per accessibility to road closure, the parking area directly west of the building has a thorough path for vehicles. I think Ken Thomas has blown it right out of proportion. The same arguments of noise could have been argued when Artspace was constructed while being Goliath vs David here. Very selfish objections imo.
