Yes. Likely a different material will be applied on those vertical strips on the townhome units.
This looks like a slightly better version of the one that was recently completed off of Whyte and 97 Street.

Typically an integrated heating, lighting and electrical system that has motion detectors to reduce heat or turn off lighting when you are not home. These systems are often tied into your smartphone as well.

I wish they had kept the original colour palette from the renderings. I still can’t believe how much rent is in these new buildings.
1 bedrooms starting at $1325 plus $100 for parking
but for context, in 2013 I was paying $1725 per month for a 1 bedroom in a semi comparable downtown adjacent location in Toronto... and in 2016, 1400€ ($2100?) for a 1 bedroom on an LRT line in a location similar to century park here.
So, Edmonton is still super affordable by Canada/world standards... but just surprising to me. I wonder how occupancy has been in all these new buildings. I heard that “The Oliver” has a bunch on Airbnb, so maybe there is quite a bit of vacancy?
