The proposed development is located on 103 Avenue and 113 St. in Oliver and is adjacent to the 104 Avenue commercial corridor.

The project intends to provide a new, modern condominium building to replace the existing buildings and enhance the 103 Avenue streetscape.

The proposal includes a 6-storey, 34 unit building that includes ground floor level townhouses and a mix of bachelor, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom suites.

The project aims to be a catalyst for future residential redevelopment in the area and reconnect residents to the Oliver streetscapes.

I have to say I don't think I really like this one very much. Stucco + corrugated metal + wood? Big blank walls at the ground level? Sorry, this is a no from me.
 
I hear you Dave, but I think the materials listed have their place, if done well. It is missing some windows, possible due to interior space configuration, don't know? At this stage I vote i like it as I'm currently in a good mood and going on a date this afternoon. I'm turning 55 tomorrow an quite happy that I qualify for the seniors discount at Good Will ! ?

I am honestly down for this development. Simple but effective modern design and continued rejuvenation of that area are definitely a plus. I do agree that It could be at least a little more creative in the materials and features it entails.
