Renderings mean nothing as the signage is just a placeholder. But I do believe there is a cafe coming. When, not sure.

I will be checking it out, too.
I'm not really a fan of covering up windows like that with built in box seating. It doesn't look as comfy as the chairs either but I guess I will find out.

Tbh, it makes it look like plywood for construction on the outside. I think it’s a bad choice. Legit thought they were still under construction if it wasn’t for the OPEN sign in the window. Hopefully they add a planter box outside or do something to improve the look.
