The 100St Funicular will be unavailable from June 6 to June 19 when it will close for detailed inspection & maintenance. This extended maintenance is required every 5yrs to ensure the funicular is operating safely & meets code.

^^^^ same in every City all over the world. The gap between rich and poor is growing at a very rapid rate. When desperation sets in and hopelessness reigns supreme many turn to crime and drugs... about one-third of all homeless in the U.S. are military vets who through the mental ravages of war have completely lost their way.

Thankfully this was reported and then responded to quickly without bystanders injured.
Good work EPS, more than likely saved someone's life.
