Pagnotta is the GC. Shandro Construction did the concrete I believe from the signage on site.

Thanks for posting these great pictures! When I work at the Bonnie Doon location, I make sure to check the tower from the mall parking lot. I honestly thought that work stalled after Regency's application was rejected; the facade looks hasn't changed much and I didn't notice the additional floors. It's great to see that this is progressing still
