As for the other townhouses, we're down to two. I actually went last week and there were three; seems one was knocked down throughout last week. I'm sure the demo will be done by the end of this month.

As for the construction, they're setting up the concrete columns for the future parkade and did even more digging.

@Avenuer - do we have an updated visual on this building? I know we've seen past renderings....I'm sure it'll look exactly like the one they just finished - 6 storey (max) with some colored panels as highlights......

Should be the next 6 storey building. 12-storey building will be on the corner of this lot, assuming it doesn't get cut down to six as the other one did next to the 25. (see below)

Given the sequencing, I don't think we will see this lot built out until 2028 or 2029. Kind of surprising they knocked down the next lot so early.
