the yellow stuff is Densglass gypsum sheathing. they must have switched from Glasroc. I think supply of that stuff is wonky rn, i know my work has been flip-flopping brands constantly.

Hopefully htere's some screening or something up there, the fact that the mech space there now is off-centre is deeply annoying.

Crane was being dismantled on Sunday - worker said they got shutdown on Saturday due to high winds and seemed annoyed at the speed of the process when I walked by. Sounded like it was going to be a long day.

Good point. Is there generally any difference in costs afterwards though in terms of heating/cooling the building and individual units if it's window wall versus what is being built here?
