I've been by this project a few times lately. I actually like this a lot more than I did initially. I wasn't crazy about all the white paint, but its grown on me now so I'm ok with it. The entrance is very nice and looks pretty good in person. It would've been nice to see a CRU or 2 on the main floor

Yup. Next one to get started will likely be the Milner Building on 104th street.
It was also mentioned somewhere on this site that Energy Square on 106 street was purchased by a developer. If that's true then that will likely be the next one converted after Milner or possibly at the same time
