I will derail the thread once more but I was by 111 street and Harley Court.
Not sure what I think of this effort, but great to hear about this and I like the conversion. I guess I just don't quite get what they are doing here. Are there any windows that open? It looks like townhouse units on ground and over the entrance?

^ I like this. Going to look sharp, and why waist time\$ on tower portion that is a clean International style. Like it a lot actually.
 
Yes, as a pedestrian-scale effort these guys put the right emPHAsis on the correct sylLABle so to speak. I think I am moved to change my rating of this project.
