I thought a coffee shop or quick serve something would be a good compliment in that small space between National Bank and the cannabis shop.
Even though there might be some rental premium there, would any of these units cash flow given the relatively high unit prices along with what I imagine are higher condo fees, higher property tax, interest rates?If you guys had to buy an investment condo, would you choose either Stantec (Sky Residences) or Legends? Assuming those were your only two choices. Anyone know anything about either buildings? Build quality, management, etc? I am thinking of scooping a couple up to rent out.
