Downtown Real Estate

Kinda sorta, not really.

I believe this is more of a seniors and E4C type of project.
I don't think e4c owns this plot. I'm pretty sure its privately owned. Alex Taylor still belongs to COE and e4c leases it for super cheap and I don't think the land extends across the alley. I think the new building in the Quarters is their only planned development.

Apparently e4c is on this one though! 🤩

So I am curious what others think.

What are the top 5 empty lots in the downtown area between 97st to 109st and 99ave to 105ave that should be developed first. (SHOULD = That will impact the core the most)

I think the highest priority should be all of the gravel lots along 105th Street, since that’s the main entry point to Downtown from the south. (Also, the strip club’s there, and that’s the best attraction in Downtown.)

^ My first priority as well. It's an absolute travesty that this lot has been in this shape for as long as it has.
Honestly, it looks like the site of a disaster—or like it was transported from the London Blitz!
