Dub Architects contacted us in November concerning the signage for the building. It didn't occur to me until now that this is what it was for.

This is a surprising amount of space, are they moving their entire HQ? Doesn't seem likely that would be the case, but 6 floors of TD Tower is not insignificant.

My brother was a COP and it most likely relates to a specific division. The new Police Chief has said that he wants to "lead in the development of an analytics department" and, as well, develop better media relations -- I suspect that those two aims are likely behind the development of office space in the City's core.

This is a huge amount of space in a prime building interesting move by the EPS. @archited I also heard they wanted to further their cybercrime division, this could also be an addition.

They are selling by way of a bidding process. All bids are due by 3pm, April 18th, 2019. I'm not sure what the asking price was.

It was only last year that I think AIMCo bought it. Interesting that they're putting it on the market again already.
