They are refurbishing it to a degree, but essentially removing the brick slope, adding a nice curved seating area, repairing the membrane, new surface and adding planters.

I for one am glad they may be reconstructing the parkade entrance along 100 Street. I fail to see the point of a plaza renovation if passersby can't see anything.

RHW will get attention after all of the 102ave/LRT and Jasper improvements are done... but have a significant amount of EPCOR UG rework to do.
