In terms of O-day'min Park, it looks like all the shrubs/perennials are in the ground now - last bits of grass, too, and trees still need to go in the boulevard.
I thought the new boulevard was to have some shrubs/perennials planted, too, but that would still be weeks away if happening.
In terms of this park, it's disappointing how things have slowed down significantly.

I would have thought these two small parks would have been open long before the warehouse park, but its looking like the opposite. Wild.

The push seems to be on to get the nearby Warehouse District Park done soon, so all the resources going there instead may be why this has slowed to a crawl now.
