There was a lot of activity happening when we went to the market on Saturday. Good to see things moving along! Here's hoping there are enough people in the area to keep the garbage-strewing riffraff out.

You can see the washroom building structure is up. Much smaller and tucked back than the previous building, doesn't feel as closed off from Michael Phair Park.

The few blocks between this park and the new Warehouse Park will feel a lot better once all of the park construction is done. Hopefully developers will also see that and start on some new projects in the area to complement those already with development permits or under construction.

Love the paving stones extending into the alley. Blowing out the half wall separating Beaver Hills from the alley/Michael Phair really has helped open the space as well.
