Always had a soft spot for this one and wish it had been built. There was an actual render floating around out there at some point as well

Given the Slope of the lot i'd imagine it would have to be more than a 6 story build to make it worth it. Its an awkward spot for CRU's so I wouldn't expect any. I also don't think there's much more capacity for ultra luxury condos left if Clifton and the one on Saskatchewan drive go ahead, so hopefully we get a nice mid sized tower here.

I'll go further than this and say 600 unit 6 storey wood frame "luxury rental" building. 100 units/floor. Each unit is a single room, 150 - 200 sq ft. Shared bathrooms on each floor. Units start at $1500/mo.
