Anyone know if they’ve abandoned the multi-coloured paneling? I kind of hope so. I’d love to see more colour, but that would’ve looked cheap and tacky, rather than just cheap

Pretty neat that this site used to have a single bungalow on it and soon will be 40 units of student housing.

This area will be perfect considering it is right in between two LRT stations that are still within walking distance and of course close to the hospital and the U of A campus.

I almost wish that there was some sort of grade-separated way to cross University Ave around there. It'd be so much better for bike commuting and the large amount of pedestrians that cross at 115 St (and soon 114 St). It's pretty sketchy around afternoon rush hour for anyone not in a vehicle.
