Knowing how Procura has been lately, they probably sold the site to someone.

Railtown Lofts (75 units with commercial at grade and one level of underground parking). The intial render isn't great so hopefully this gets revised a bit through the EDC. I'm just glad to see another surface parking lot developed into housing.

A little refinement needed, but happy to see more infill here.

If there was ever a desire to continue the rail line deeper into downtown along its historic corridor, it seems like this lot should be protected. Once a large building is put up, cross Jasper above ground likely won't be possible.

Indeed. The concept of a streetcar to MacEwan would be difficult, if not impossible.
