This project really highlights the impact that the removal of parking minimums can have. Any tenant parking requirement would have necessitated underground parking, which likely would've killed the project feasibility. This size/scale of project is perfect for this area, and probably wouldn't happen without parking flexibility.

Also, the building next to the site that has been fenced off for months is now partially painted black. Not sure what’s going on here.
