    Jasper House | 108m | ?s

Why are there two discussion threads for this proposed development? Can we get the mods or admins to merge them somehow? Duplicate thread here: https://edmonton.skyrisecities.com/forum/threads/jasper-house-108m-s-tbd-architecture.33918/

    CNIB Redevelopment | 106m | 32s | ONE Properties | Wallman Architects

Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological architectural distinctiveness to our own.

ICE District Block IJ | ?m | ?s | ICE District Prop. | Next Architecture

Yup, photos like this remind me we've got a long way to go before we're no longer the Cleveland of Canada.

    Winspear Centre Completion Project | 29.87m | 4s | Winspear Centre | Andrew Bromberg

If we can get them up to a dubstep level, then we can really party.

    Falcon Towers | 170m | 44s | Langham Developments | Arc Studio

God, that photo is depressing. We really need that lot filled between 105-106 street.

    Falcon Towers | 170m | 44s | Langham Developments | Arc Studio

Can't wait for that full parcel to get developed. In these recent photos, it looks like Edmonton is an unfinished city. I guess it is, in a way, but these photos of dirt really make it obvious.

    CNIB Redevelopment | 106m | 32s | ONE Properties | Wallman Architects

That's one heck of a kamikaze skate ramp...

    CNIB Redevelopment | 106m | 32s | ONE Properties | Wallman Architects

Mother of Pearl shelters her CNIB newborn as she's slowly introduced to the world :) A few supertalls along West Jasper and this part of the skyline would resemble Gold Coast...without a beach.

    The Flats - Rossdale | 35.05m | 10s | Parkwood | Dub Architects

The 104 Street skyline looks so tired in this photo... Basically Edmonton's development anthem.

    The Hudson | 108m | 33s | Westrich Pacific | J+S Architect

^ appears to be an understated "IT'S HAPPENING!!!" banner from the developer. Or maybe that's it? Project completed!

    Valley Line LRT/ Valley Line West | ?m | ?s | City of Edmonton

Why are they paving west of 102 street? Isn't work on the remainder of the line supposed to start immediately after the first half opens? Guess they're tired of waiting to figure out when their own opening date for the first half will be.

    Valley Line LRT/ Valley Line West | ?m | ?s | City of Edmonton

I really hope the city restores the wild rose garden and pathways once the bridge work is finished.

What's up with those textured glass panels? If anywhere, they should be installed along the bottom of the shelter, not the top. They're a little too psychedelic sixties for my taste but whatever.

    Tower 101 | 175m | 50s | Regency Developments | DER + Associates

I'm going to unwatch this thread until something happens on that site. It's such a depressing, despicable corner...

    Winspear Centre Completion Project | 29.87m | 4s | Winspear Centre | Andrew Bromberg

Yes, but only when a sound engineer that is familiar with the Winspear is used for performances there. Many touring acts use their own sound guy, and if things are turned too loud it completely ruins the "world-class" rating for that particular performance. I saw Madeleine Peyroux there during...

    Glenora Park | 81.99m | 22s | ONE Properties | Wallman Architects

Me and the greyhound walked up Groat on Saturday to admire this beauty. I forgot to bring ear plugs, but otherwise it was a lovely stroll.

    Connect Centre | 56.3m | 16s | ONE Properties | DIALOG

This thread is already off-topic AF, but your comment here gives me pause because it entertains an intriguing possibility. What if the federal government somehow presented an attractive enough argument to WestJet that convinced them to run operations out of Calgary and Edmonton simultaneously...
