Yes, there is much more discrimination that could be addressed. I do remember some art at the AGA concerning anti-LGBT discrimination.

I saw the exhibit, which is the entire top level; it's powerful. It addresses the residential schools, Japanese-Canadian internment, and anti-Black racism and the Ku Klux Klan..

I agree about the colour. I walk past ECC several times a week. I thought the mustard yellow was much better than white. Especially in winter.

The photo is looking south, mostly. The top floors of the Winspear performance hall itself are not connected to the admin offices on the east side, which is why there is a gap.

Interesting photo. Obviously McKay avenue school, the Leg and the Masonic building are still here. That looks like the Hilltop House on 103 street below the school in this photo.
