Why is it strained?

I think that the area is catered to older (40+) wealthy couples. The average price of a house in that area is about $650K+. The size of units in westblock range from ~1060sq ft to ~2473sq ft. Their cost per sq foot is about $500. So it will definitely is a "luxury" condo.

They're starting to pre-sell units. They start at about $500K.

Anyone have an idea of what they're actually going to do with the old brewery?

Has Edgar Development determined if the building would be a rental tower similar to the Hendrix? Or is there an opportunity to buy a unit in this building?
