Seeing LEGO is opening in Phase IV and looks it maybe opening in that middle area that has struggled for many years as there is some new hoarding up and the tile work is all removed.

For a second I thought it was bronze glassed balcony's and wasn't hating it against the black!

I don't mind the podium and as said above the tower over all does tie in with the Falcons.

Curious how many CRU's this complex will have? Some look to be the size of the facade only and with small windows.

I was aware of that, but still backside they are in 4 different places on the same complex.

Same here, seeing the photo at first I was like surprised they are doing the taller tower first being rentals, but they are pushing for condo's first in this market is interesting...
