They took down the fences at the new city hall fountain area. Not sure if I'm late on this; i had just noticed people walking around from a distance. Will check it out later.

Encore residents will have the option to upgrade their parking spots to include EV plugins. Wonder if office parking will have that available as well. Would be a nice perk.

If the renders are true, then it's pretty cool that once you step through the vestibule, the left side - ground floor retail and the offices on the 3rd - have windows into the lobby. The unit 2 offices don't seem to have windows looking into the lobby from the diagram.

Who do you guys think are possible clients for these two retail bays? I hope these don't sit idle for long periods of time like what's going on down the street at Fox.

You know what, if executed well in the end, it could be an interesting experience being in that area - maybe even a place tourists mark as a location to check out. All depends on how immersive the euro 'look and feel' becomes. Too little of it, and the cheap knockoff novelty will wear off quickly.

The best view to me is from standing directly north, and NNE. North, you avoid that seeing the ugly bottom right (tank threads), and from the NNE, the front right pointed overhand feature looks damn cool.

Redeveloping the few remaining derelict buildings from the Hardware Grill location to the Hat, would transform the area entirely from what I remember since renting at MacDonald Estates 10+ years ago. Moving just a block north of that is another story.
