Honest question from someone not in the development world. Is there any indication that Alldritt is going to develop their lot on 124th St, 142nd St, or the 80 storey site? Or were these bought with the intention of selling at a profit in the future to other developers?

Very anecdotal, but when I see the 31 leaving the U of A heading toward Leger it is close to empty (I want to say nearly every time I’ve seen it.) This is at the end of the work day. Not sure if we have numbers on ridership yet. Hopefully things pick up!

I appreciate all HSR discussion. Haha It’s in Edmonton’s Mass Transit Plan to have a rail connection from YEG to Downtown Edmonton using the existing rail right of way that runs parallel to QEII/Gateway Blvd. This requires a new bridge. It makes sense that any new rail infrastructure be built...

I think the plans are pretty set for BRT down Whyte. This project will be very close to both the B1 and B2 lines...

The ‘For Sale’ sign is gone, though the listing is still active so I doubt it means anything (unless anyone has heard otherwise.) Also, the walk up apartment just to the north of this is boarded up (think it has been for a little while.) It would be great to see some movement on these sites...
