Noticed this today.^^ Right by Altairus, which had a ton of guys working on it and is now at grade. Four old SFHs are fenced off and look ready for demolition. An excavator was on site. More density in Garneau. 👍

Ran by there today. (No pictures unfortunately.) It’s all green above the tunnel now. The landscaping on both sides of the river is looking really good on the whole. All the rain we’ve had has led to a lot of growth. I expect continued improvement as the years progress and everything continues...

PSA: RiverHawks games have free secure bike parking monitored by a security guard during games. Great energy and atmosphere down there yesterday. Fun for all ages. 👍

Under construction in Ritchie. New Zoning Bylaw leading to many new multi-family builds in Ritchie/Hazeldean. The area is going to be noticeably different in the next few years. 👍

Just saw the Rezoning sign up for this. Hearing on July 2nd. Going to be a nice little node around McK/Belgravia Station with this, Westrich’s project and Metro 78.

What used to be a rundown bungalow at the end of a block will soon be 8 units of housing. Things are taking off in Hazeldean. ZBR really making a difference. (And more quickly than I would have expected.)
