Checking out Coronation rec center and saw this from afar. This one went up fast!

If this actually gets built out that will really activate that

So they went from row-homes in a park, to apartment buildings in a park. Why would they do that when Coronation Park is already directly south of the development? Please make it more urban.

Again there are a HUGE number of families and kids in this development a park/playground is extremely rational.

Do people in subsidized housing not deserve a nice safe playground in their community.

Phase 2 funding request up for vote this week

Brentwood wants to eventually build 700 or so new units on this property, so lots of intensification coming .

This phasing is moving quite fast. Exciting! Plus they are trying to retain all the old residents, this should be one of the nicer redevelopments in the area.
