Yes! They have nice interiors as well. I went to their open house, and the guy there said they had all been rented except for two on the lower floors.

Was he referring to the corner units specifically or all units? Regardless of which, that is good news to hear for our downtown.

He was talking about the corner units. They seemed to have a lot of interest overall, but definitely those corners units were a hit!

The floor to ceiling windows and finishings give the corner units are a nice modern look. Exterior of the building is so so imho. The black and white contrast is quite bold and not sympathetic to the adjacent building and the balconies are not seamlessly integrated into the building envelope as a top designed plan will do. The small double hung and casement windows creates something close to an institutional appearance on some of the elevations and the white pony walls on some of the corner units balconies looks awkward butted to the corner glazing. Looks like a swing and a miss. In general though, it's a good addition and the developer did more than they were obligated to do.

They needed to introduce a colour, perhaps forest green, for some accent and to break up the building a little bit, but overall it is well done.
