Lilac Park | 20.2m | 6s | Westrich Pacific | J+S Architect

Can anyone on here tell me who pays for these signs? I've always assumed the cost was built into the development permit fee so the builder indirectly pays, but don't really know.
Can’t speak for the city but you’re likely right, cost recovery for that would be built into the fee.

So it won’t be a combustible build?
It is most certainly going to be a "combustible build" -- as per 'O, economics dictates that it must be. However, with current Provincial and City building codes and the fact that for this project there is going to be subterranean parking reinforced concrete will provide structure for the parking and for the ground floor -- the six floors above will be stick framing.

I have seen a 5 over 1 but never 6 over 1. It would be a first.?
