I'm guessing no, but I have no evidence. If they do own parking, it makes sense they wouldn't put fence around it so they can still collect.

It is good to see the surface parking lot, which I believe has been around for decades, also go. I feel we have reached a point where there no longer seems to be a sea of surface parking lots at least in this part of downtown.

Can anyone on here tell me who pays for these signs? I've always assumed the cost was built into the development permit fee so the builder indirectly pays, but don't really know.
