It seems they are serious about their plan..Some units on the West side are already vacant. But the 17 yrs total development timeline for the project is a bit of a stretch.. to live for that many years at a construction site.. oh boy. Interesting what's the average total lease period per person in those complexes.

That will definitely increase the density in that area. Get rid of a lot of dated row housing.

They are a non-profit housing provider so they don't have the capital to expedite all of the phases. Their approach is reasonable.
