    Stationlands Residential Towers | 90m | 25s | Qualico | DIALOG

The 2bdrms are also starting at cheaper than other new projects. Fingers crossed!! Falcon is advertising hard as well right now. Should be 400-500 new people living downtown by Fall if these lease up!

    Lewis Farms Community Recreation Centre | ?m | ?s | Saucier + Perrotte

Not to mention the major density around the rec centre being built…like 5+ large apartments. Plus the shopping centres. How this wasn’t planned like a university district in Calgary blows my mind. Brewhouse, browns, save ons, Sobeys, daycares, library, rec centre. All the pieces are there...

    LDA23-0233 Windsor Park Rezoning - 116st - 88ave - 23m - Proposed

Windsor terrace that just finished? I wouldn’t be surprised if some people are selling to get out before a big apartment gets built next to them. In some ways it helps for land assembly. I’d imagine the premium for lots with newer/big homes next to them will go up now for those wanting...

    General Food & Dining Thread

Would love to see a building like the Oliver one with the Safeway get built south of Jasper on some of those huge lots. (N/S not E/W though for sun). Likely need a few more projects 103-108st south of jasper to really justify though. But I’d imagine it would appeal to rossdale/riverdale even...

    Abbey Park Residences | 22.86m | 6s | Abbey Lane Homes

They still need to finish the north side. But it’s close!! This project has surprised me. Looks really nice. Big fan.

    Hat @ 122 | 35.96m | 12s | Cidex Group | NORR

Don’t see any belongings in suites or balconies yet. But saw a few people going inside, so I’m assuming showings are happening and this will start filling up soon!

    Grandin 4 | 23m | 6s | Westrich Pacific | J+S Architect

Not a great pic, but can confirm this is at grade and will start rising quick.

Can we rename this thread Citizen by chance? Anyone know how lease up on this one is going? Pretty pricey I know, but strong product.

    Edmonton's Population

No kids, likely renting if in Edmonton anyways, more open to roommates, higher value on nightlife and leisure. Checks out from what I’ve seen. But 30-45 I’m sure there’s a decent reversal.

    Valley Line LRT/ Valley Line West | ?m | ?s | City of Edmonton

Let me find some. In my NPO class at the UofA I remember a pretty stark % breakdown that always stuck with me for giving as % of income based on religious affiliation. It was like 3.3% for Christians. 1.1% Muslims, and 0.3% non religious. Here’s one from Maclean’s that has for avg annual...

    Valley Line LRT/ Valley Line West | ?m | ?s | City of Edmonton

And you can say this. But if it wasn’t for faith groups providing billions in funding ON TOP of taxes those individuals already also pay, things would be a lot worse. People love to critique faith based/related orgs, but don’t realize many of them are supported by average people giving an extra...
