No, it's the small rear parking lot and the area being currently used as the outdoor play space for the day care. I don't think that was a secret, it has always been part of the development plan. The fourth phase will be the parking lot to the east.

I think the east wall is going to look fantastic if they are sticking with the original stone choice.

I don't think this impacts the 103th Street Location. They are closing/moving Bogeda on Stony Plain Road & 124 and moving south a couple blocks
