Considering the cost of the team was about what a couple of overpasses cost, it always blew my mind that that city didn't buy them. And I was a kid back then.
If this goes ahead the way it is that entire section of downtown will be a black hole for street presence. There's no interaction at all with the street, there's no mixed use elements NOT ONE...and they went with punched windows and metal paneling as some edgy design choice to contrast against...
