Checking out their website for floor plans, really dig Unit A (2bd). Finally a modern build that includes a storage area in-suite again, I'll forever hate that storage has essentially been removed from modern apartments.
There's no rink in the current development, and none in the future plans on site that I am aware of. The only double-rink I can recall for Coronation was part of the City's 10-year arena development guide from back in 2009. This also included a new double rink at Rollie Mills, but I'd imagine...
The only part of this project that disappoints me is that no replacement for Coronation Arena was included. Another loss of a centrally located, smaller arena, forcing users further out to the suburbs in the mega-rec centre developments.
The one bed floorplans they have range from $1,780 to $1,830 and the SFages on those are 618 - 714. So right in that range ($2.55 - $2.88).

Love to see it. While they're not perfect with the surface parking, they are quality buildings, have nice amenities, and at least add something other than big box stores to these types of developments. Nice projects

I'd imagine the pretty immediate elevation drop down QE Park Road + existing developments directly adjacent to Sask Dr. on the other side would make that difficult, or an extremely tight traffic circle, which wouldn't be much better in the end.
