Agreed. Very short term I think they could move Dollarama from the basement to where Shoppers was.

I suspect that you will see the east repositioned for another shot at a retail focussed mall with office assets above. The west, IMO...

MTalk about a road that could have been put on the proverbial diet. There's no reason to have roads that wide in that part of the city...

MThere has been only one issue and problem - the owner. His shoddy treatment of staff and clientele is well-known in the city.
