I LOVE our Convention Center! How many are there that say they are built into the side of a riverbank? Our subterranean halls are like no other. I’ll take ours any day over YYC’s giant new Toilet Bowl…..

Not like it used to be back in the 90’s when I served at the now defunct “Top of the Inn,” where half of the menu was made table-side including Caesar salad…..made 1000’s of them. We also wore tuxedos and gave impeccable service.

On a positive note I hear that both Mimi and Olia are “the” place to be seen…..

Hard to find good service these days. My kid was fired at Nero cause she had other restaurant jobs cause they don’t give enough shifts! Turns out they have gone through 3X management turnover already. They have also lost and fired another dozen servers. A group of 6 of them including my kid...

What kind of news are you seeking? The building was boughtt a few years ago and they are retro-fitting it into a new food, beverage entertainment space. Haven’t heard on an opening date yet
