I understand why the building has no balconies, but to not replace some windows with ones that open? That’s just wild. No thanks.

I was very disappointed with the suites. No kitchen island, windows are oddly placed (they cut off at the shoulder), and overall poor quality for the price they’re asking. Hoping they put more effort into Mercury II. The amenities, however, are fantastic.

I hope Frank Architecture is still in charge of designing the rooms, and hopefully the restaurant too. They have done such incredible work all over the province.

It would be nice to see Restoration Hardware leave Southgate and move into the former Holts. It could become the right anchor that this area desperately needs. RH operating under mall hours seems counterintuitive to their image and brand. Centrally located neighborhoods would benefit from RH...
