Don't think we could have run much more than 2 cars at the time, only 14 cars to start. Also it was much shorter than the tram line. Can't add cars to the tram line as that will block off downtown intersections. Increasing speed might help a bit, until we have a 2 car train every block downtown...

I have been through downtown andf the university areas and they still had windrows DAYS after the roads in capilano area were cleared 3 or 4 days in the row. Seems some equipment should be re-allocated to downtown

These are the drivers that are a lost cause. NO amount of signage, flashing lights, bollards, arms, gates, no right turn on red etc.will ever be able to prevent it.

Sadly, continuing to blame the trams' signals/signs for driver problems is not going to solve things. Yes, there will be an initial learning curve, but someone driving on the track points to a bigger picture of cr*p drivers. Impound, fine, jail, driving bans, whatever it takes, it's long...

If the driver/car was on the track, then a ban on right on red is not going to solve that guys problems. Should never have gotten a license in the first place as common sense is awol...
