    LRT Safety

Yeah, I know about that but at the event she specifically said that 311 is the best way to send feedback, route requests, suggestions, etc. Plus it's just convenient to access since I have the app. But you're right, that web form is a lot better suited for general feedback.

Can you please ask Carrie about sending feedback like this through 311? The "transit feedback" category requires operator info, incident time, and other info that is not applicable in cases like this. Yet, they said at the service plan event last year to send suggestions through 311.

The one downside is that it also drastically decreases their property taxes. Compared to pre-covid, downtown property taxes have fallen from contributing 10% of the city's property taxes, to contributing approximately 5%.

    Downtown Crime

    Tower 101 | 175m | 50s | Regency Developments | DER + Associates

Oh my gosh, that reminds me of the little food shacks in Ottawa's Byward Market. They were so popular! If Westrich put some of these in with seating and landscaping as a temporary use, I think it'd be a great boost for the area.

The district energy system is funded by user fees and grants from other levels of government. So in order to speed this up with city money, we'd be putting an added...

New map just came out, with minor changes. A few more plots in the northwest are now in the planning stage, along with the parcel bordering the energy centre to the east. Most notably though, they finally marked NAIT's land so that it's clear whose court the ball is in.

Oh la la, I never thought about the one huge benefit of living in a converted office building: elevators upon elevators. That'd sure make moving easier. And the units look great!
