Depends on how turnover works to the City. I'm gonna suspect that the bus terminal remains on the north side until turnover of the line to ETS or TransEd happens, when testing begins.

My problem with hating this is that the prominent Edmonton developers should be bringing enough quality to drown out how bad this is.
Obviously I'm happy with the unit count, but this shouldn't even be a competitive proposal.
I ultimately want more people living DT above anything else.
Confirms my last post on this. Everything I've heard indicates that Hyundai Rotem and COE have developed a good working relationship on the VLW procurement. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with.
I can't speak for MIP, but I have very good reasons to believe testing will not be possible on the VLW tracks until the entire extension is commissioned.
The Hyundai Rotem trains will be tested on the VLSE tracks.
Automatic guns weren't a danger in this country when they were legal compared to large vehicles, though. SUVs are far more dangerous to the general public than guns.
ETS should just take the project and run with it, integrate it into ARC. This combined with development of Rossdale powerplant would be financially sufficient like The Forks in Winnipeg.
