Sorry to be critical, it is a great place but my bank has downtown has longer hours most week days.

Unlike your downtown bank, the RAM is open on weekends.
I go there about once a year.

I do realize that, but 4pm on most weekdays really seems early to me.

Most museums have Limited hours, London has hours 10-5 or 10-5;30 Similar in Washington. Some do have exceptions.
