Well the space is still there and I believe basically unchanged since the Bay left several years ago ... and this mall is also not tied up in the Ruby v. Landlord lease assignment legal dispute.
As you probably know many years ago there was a Zellers downtown and it would actually probably be a good market for one again, so if after all this time it came back that would be good.

For those who aren't familiar -- Zeller's was a discount outfit, originally separate and apart from HBC -- they had an excellent lunch counter with really good malted milks and waffles and flapjacks -- if they can emulate their historical selves then that would be more than sufficient -- good for Londonderry for the differentiation and again (I say) 'twould be a good move to see them pick up the HBC space downtown.
