What a gorgeous tower.
It is too bad about Manulife, they have been "rejuvenating" for a very long time now. Perhaps what they are missing is filler.Is it Henry Singer? Their downtown location is inside a dead Manulife Place and who knows how long that can continue.
You'd think the commercial rents on 104th are too high since Fox has had little luck attracting tenants and the Armstrong Block hasn't been much better.Great new spot and nice to see them staying in the area.
Not great for 104st...
Hudson would be a good bet, considering the relatively strong momentum for residential that is building up in DT.I hope they move their 112st/100ave project forward and their Hudson Tower.
