Edmonton back on top tied with Toronto; Vancouver and Winnipeg tied for third and Ottawa is dead last. After looking at many daily snapshots I never realized that Toronto is such a windy place -- but it makes sense with the temperature differential between land and large body of water (Lake Ontario)... on cold days it makes a huge difference, especially with high humidity.

Edmonton still tied with Toronto but this time in last place. Vancouver, still enjoying a break in the liquid sky, is first -- with Winnipeg and Ottawa tied for second.

Today Edmonton lands in last spot by itself. Toronto and Ottawa tied for first place with Winnipeg and Vancouver tied in the middle

Edmonton Dead last again but the ranking numbers are pretty tight. Winnipeg comes in first even though it ranks the coldest on the strength of low humidity and no precipitation. Toronto and Ottawa tied for third with Vancouver coming in second overall.

Edmonton tied today for third place with Vancouver -- Vancouver warmer but totally wet; Edmonton cooler but totally dry. Windy Toronto comes in second behind Ottawa and Winnipeg, cold and snowy, comes in dead last.

Moving on...

Winnipeg is the coldest but across the board the best weather condition today. Vancouver is dead last because it is experiencing HEAVY rain (like that is useful under present conditions). Edmonton and Ottawa are tied for second and Toronto is an also-ran.
