It's looking much better than before the renovation, in my opinion. Here's a screenshot of the house (pre-reno) from google maps.

I'm not super mad about the under-development of the site. the 2mil asking price, 500k per unit, seems ridiculous. IDK why, but i find that more frustrating than just the fact that they only built 4 units directly across from a train station. essentially pricing out any (easy to finance, at least) future intensification of the site.
but yes. Angry face.

This one is a decent looking 4-storey residential (commercial on main level) on the northeast corner of Kingsway Ave and 101 Street (where Humpty's is/was?). The design shows the building angled at the corner.

It's hard to overstate how much of a difference this will make on that corner (also, great to see even more investment in Chinatown!).
 
This is 99av and 151st. Really love some of these row houses. 4 units, each has a legal basement suite as well.

Of course the nimbys are losing their minds that more of these are being built. I think they're awesome though, especially with the future west lrt to have this density and rentals for singles.
